EIGHTH LESSON | EMAIL MARKETING

Email marketing, although not a recent tool, continues to be one of the most effective channels for generating traffic to an e-commerce site . It can help maintain a connection with potential customers or existing customers, encouraging returns to the site and promoting purchases.

An effective email marketing strategy requires regular communication, which could include product updates, special offers, helpful information, or exclusive content. The goal is to provide value to recipients and encourage engagement.

It is essential that all email communications comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the European data protection regulation. This means you must have users’ explicit consent to send them emails and provide an easy way for them to unsubscribe from your email list. Additionally, all customer personal information must be securely protected.

E-mail marketing is not one of the most recent tools, but it is still one of the most effective for an e-commerce, especially to bring interested parties and customers back to the site and push them to purchase. Periodic communication is necessary, carried out correctly and respecting the rules of the GDPR.

How to do? Prof Fabrizio Barbarossa explains it to you in this lesson of “The Prof’s advice” .
